Shipping Policy

  • Z87 OPTICS offers free UPS Ground shipping in the U.S. on orders over $50.
  • Prescription safety eyewear orders can take up to 14 business days to be shipped to you. It is important to provide a valid prescription, pupillary distance and any other required information in order to process your order.  Providing incomplete information will delay your order.

Delivery Information

  • Z87 OPTICS does not ship on the weekends.
  • Expedited UPS shipping (if selected) may not be guaranteed if placed close to the weekend.

Return Policy

SCRATCH and COATING WARRANTY:  Z87 OPTICS will provide a one (1) time scratch redo for lenses with frontal surface scratches due to normal wear for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a coating was purchased (anti-reflective, anti-scratch, anti-fog, or a mirror) the warranty is extended to a one (1) time redo within two (2) years from the date of purchase. The customer will receive eyewear in the identical form (same frame, lenses, prescription, etc.)

ORDER REMAKE: A one (1) time order remake on Z87 OPTICS made prescription lenses is permitted within a forty-five (45) day period from the original order date. Order re-makes include prescription and measurement changes, frame restyles, lens upgrades and changes, and coating add ons. All Rx order remakes will be billed at a 50% discount off the current list price.

CANCELLED ORDERS: If the lenses are not in process, the prescription order cancellation will be accepted at no charge. Any requests made after a customer order has been put in process will be charged at a 50% discount off the current list price.

RETURNS: Customer will have forty-five (45) days to return a prescription order that is deemed to be a “non-adapt” order. In this instance, the customer will receive a full refund on the frame and 50% refund on the RX lenses and coatings. No refund will be issued for returns submitted after forty-five (45) days.

LAB ERRORS: In the event of lab error, prescription lenses will be replaced at no cost within a forty-five (45) day period of the original order date.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS: If a frame needing to be remade has been discontinued, Z87 OPTICS will make every effort to locate a replacement frame.  If no such frame can be found, Z87 OPTICS will work with the customer to find an alternative frame of equal value.

All prescription sales are final.

 

Proof of Purchase

Items must be returned to Z87 OPTICS along with proof of purchase of the item. We cannot accept returns without proof of purchase.
